Prices are  based on £50 per hour (60 min), and I offer certain discounts.

For 16 - 25 year olds, prices are based on £40 per hour.

How many sessions depends of course on the nature of the problem. Sometimes a session or two can make a big difference, but if the issue is more deep rooted or complex I'd say 10 to 15 is necessary. Things can get very complex and need many more sessions than this to fully resolve, but remember that much of the progress takes place between therapy sessions where you are going out and living your life with what you have gained in therapy. So sometimes a few sessions close together followed by long term therapy on a more occasional basis (e.g. once a month) can be really helpful. I am happy to be flexible around this for you to feel you are getting the best value for your money and your time.
